Serah Asana A. Asuming
Secretary & Administrative Advisor (Volunteer)
Serah Asana A. Asuming serves as Secretary & Administrative Advisor (Volunteer) at Anaalie Legacy Foundation, bringing extensive experience in public sector administration, organizational coordination, and people management. She currently works with the Ghana Health Service as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Tamale Central Hospital, where she contributes to strengthening administrative systems and supporting effective healthcare service delivery.
Her professional journey with the Ghana Health Service began at the district level as an Administrative Secretary. Through dedication, competence, and continuous professional development, she steadily progressed through the ranks to her current leadership position. This experience has equipped her with strong skills in administration, organizational management, stakeholder coordination, and institutional support.
Serah holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies, both from the University of Cape Coast. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and lifelong learning.
As a volunteer leader with Anaalie Legacy Foundation, Serah provides valuable administrative and governance support to the organization. Her expertise helps strengthen operational systems, organizational effectiveness, and strategic coordination as the Foundation works to promote dignified ageing, dementia awareness, caregiver support, and the wellbeing of older persons. She is passionate about contributing her knowledge and experience to initiatives that create lasting social impact and improve the quality of life of vulnerable populations.
