Ekow Yankah is a Mental Health Practitioner with a strong background in clinical care and counselling, holding a BSc in General Nursing and a Diploma in Mental Health with a focus on counselling. He has experience supporting individuals and families navigating mental health conditions, including dementia, through practical care, guidance, and awareness. Ekow also serves as a part-time lecturer at the Nalerigu College of Nursing and Midwifery, where he contributes to training the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a Volunteer Technical Advisor – Mental Health & Dementia Care to Anaalie Legacy Foundation (ALF), he provides professional guidance to strengthen the foundation’s work in dementia awareness, caregiver support, and community-based care. His expertise and compassionate approach align strongly with ALF’s mission to promote dignified ageing and support elderly persons living with dementia.
